STABLES’ Dressage & Cones Show
Information
As portions of
the competition and warm-up will be on grass, vehicles with bicycle tires or
pneumatic tires will not be permitted. It is the competitor’s
responsibility to be certain that both vehicle and harness are in sound
condition. No competitor will be allowed to continue if, in the opinion of the
officials, any part of the turnout has become unsafe. It is recommended that
competitors carry a spares kit consisting of a halter & lead, spare trace
or splice, spare rein or splice, leather punch, spare hames
straps if full collar used.
As this is an
informal schooling show, there will be no marks for presentation. However,
drivers and grooms are requested to be neatly and appropriately dressed (no
jeans, running shoes, shorts, T-shirts etc) Hat or helmet, gloves and a proper
driving whip are mandatory. Driving apron is recommended.
It is recommended that all persons wear an
ASTM approved helmet with proper chinstrap while on vehicle. It is MANDATORY
for any junior to wear an ASTM approved helmet with chinstrap securely fastened
while on any vehicle at any location on the showgrounds.
